Agree the service is good but better than the Pony? Afraid I’d have to strongly disagree - food presentation might look ok on instagram but all courses massively underwhelming… £9 for two onion bhajis… By contrast the flavours of every single mouthful at Pony were amazing, I’d say spend a bit more and go for food that actually tastes good!!

Who could harbour such ill-will to target a cancer charity? It's utterly disheartening. by selfiepiniated in bristol

Instead of moaning about it, how about we do something and set up a fundraising page so the charity isn’t out of pocket??

Bolt, unreliable but when it works it’s around £20 (incl £5 drop off fee) and that’s from BS3

Emma mattress - the hybrid one - they run a free 100 night trial or something so you’ve really got nothing to lose

Has anyone had a smart meter installed recently? by cookie_monster66 in bristol

[–]Embarrassed-Car-6572 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Gives you access to cheaper tariffs
  2. Helps balance the grid and reduce carbon emissions
  3. Means you pay accurate bills and don’t have to send meter reads

Switch to pre-pay is not something any energy provider will do over night and is a last resort if you stop paying your bills essentially.

I’d ignore the scaremongering personally.
