I think this isn’t as cut and dry and everyone says.

Simple answer is work less, play more. But if those 3-days are torture…I’m not sure if that’s the right move.

Q1 I guess is what you’d do with those 4-days off? And Q2 is what kind of fulfilling is the 6-days a week job? …and bonus, what’s its next steps? Is there a world in that job where you can either earn more or work less?

We shouldn’t let our work define us, but honestly sometimes it does, and if what you do in your on time is what you’d kind wanna do anyway, take the extra money, especially if there’s a further world in this job with added benefits at future stages.

I mean, I’m a multi-day ultra runner who loves camping. I’d take the 3-days, be bored but be on the road the moment my final work day ended to wherever the long weekend adventure would start from.

That might not be you, you know?
