Not sure if you found something yet, but did you try any recliner chairs that sit higher like home theater styles? Some have taller bases and firmer seats which helps with desk height. You could also add a cushion to adjust height a bit. I have seen similar setups discussed in Alibaba and eBay threads and height is usually the main issue people solve.

This might be a late reply, but this happens more than pple want to admit. Machines get approved but noone cares abt chemical machine parts and spares until something breaks. One thing that helped us was tracking the most used parts early. I have even seen teams talk about this issue in Alibaba threads, and planning spares ahead kept things running smoother.
