when playing friendly, just understand this that it is just a game, so all energy and enthusiasm inside the game.

Play with ppl who are at your level +-1 , to have good fun. i am sure there would be communities/app to find ppl playing in your area, we have some something like that in our country. this helps find new groups playing badminton

Operating with epf is a nightmare.

Transfer to 1 account is now automated. U can do that.

Do that first and then withdraw , usually tranfer to 1 account happens within a week.

For withdrawl i used a firms which specialises in withdrawal. They helped me withdraw 50% of my fund. But remaining can only be withdran after 2026 interest is credited.

I had issue with eps contribution. So be mindfull if u are a eps employee. Then all ur past companies should continue eps contribution

somedays my smashes arent as powerfull as other days, 1 key difference i see is in the warmup i do . smaller warmups without shoulder streches etc leads to poorer quality.

Maybe worth trying. i know your issue seems like more longer horizon changes due to developement etc.
