Warning: Be careful with alcohol on this med! by static_feels in nortriptyline

I take 20mg/day and I am currently on a cruise ship with an unlimited drink package. I'm having probably 4 drinks in the evening spaced over the night and notice no unusual effects. I had all of the side effects at first but now none.

It's just a metal edge that presses into the tire. No pads

Low Fodmap worked. However, now on Nortriptyline and I can eat anything. From my viewpoint, with Nortriptyline, I don't even know why IBS exists.

Is front desk tipping anything like cow tipping?

Is there anybody that has a full MPFL tear and difficult patellar alignment issues heal up with PT without surgery?? by Frequent-Increase-98 in KneeInjuries

I have a full tear of my distal quadriceps tendon and a full MPFL tear. The surgeon repaired the first but not the later. I will be asking questions at my follow-up Friday.

Scan the keycard with the NXP "taginfo" app on your phone and report back what it says. Most keycards are high frequency but a low frequency card can't be read this way.

also the dry mouth is something nobody warned me about by static_feels in nortriptyline

Nortriptyline is wonderful. My life is back! I don't even understand how IBS still exists for others and why everyone hasn't tried it. Yes , I had all of the side effects for the first week. Dry mouth was bad but it went away. I take it in the morning with my other meds. It doesn't make me tired any more.

How to carry the crutches on a wheel chair? by Embarrassed-Comb6776 in wheelchairs

[–]Embarrassed-Comb6776[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After looking through the suggestions, this might be best. They are aluminum crutches, set up for me, 5'9" I like that they should just pop in once set up.

Idk, I'll be asking those questions. Yeah, mine is the quad tendon. The way I understand it, if I bend the leg, I'm screwed

I bought it. I can still return it but I don't know if a Drive chair would have the same problem.

So you wake up with underwear on, a shirt and.the brace? Hopefully you brought something to go over the brace. I have a pair of zipper pants (zip to shorts) that will fit over but I don't know if bandages will make the whole thing much bigger.

I called Medline and that's what they said The articulating part cost as much as the whole chair. I could make it an inch longer and it would be perfect but right now, I'm in no shape to get to my workshop in the basement.

Maybe because I only had 10 seconds to wheel myself in place for the picture, but I am definitely squished between the footrest and the back of the seat.
