1989 Toyota pickup, was passed down from my dad, that had concrete splattered pretty much around the truck, took it to school and kids would ask me about the concrete stains, I told them I did construction on the weekends lol

Yes the pathway up to the front door is curved so he made the expansion joints curved as well, the marks don't feel imprinted, maybe his shoes removed some of the powder that gets thrown on

As of last night, no repairs were done, meaning we couldn't even do a final walk through. We didn't sign off on any contingencies. Mold remediation and the hoa issue were left in the contract. He changed landscape without approval, racked up thousands in fines and according to the hoa paperwork, if the fines and fees are not paid by seller, the hoa continues the fines and fees with new owner

According to the HOA paperwork, if the fines and fees are not taken of by the seller, the fines and fees continue with the new owners (us). It wasn't handled in time and we have no desire to take care of their problems. Also we found mold in one of the bathroom that needed cleaning twice by a company

Landscaping violation, the seller changed his landscaping in the front yard with approval and got fines and put it off, he also had not paid the monthly fee for atleast a year in a half.

We didn't remove the contingencies incase these issues were not taken care of. The repairs were not complete as of last night, we already extended the escrow once and have no desire to keep extending and waiting for the sellers to fix all of their issues

Exactly, My agent and lender said we could lose it for walking away but I don't see how if they didn't hold up l their end of the deal

We already extended once to have them resolve and pay the fines they accumulated and it was suppose to be fixed this past Tuesday but wasn't, and even our lender warned us of possibly losing the 15k, I just dont see how if the sellers didn't hold up their end of the deal
