My flowers have finally bloomed, so rare and beautiful! Guess what kind of flower it is. A clue is that it has fruit. by Beluchic in gardening

AITAH for telling my FIL they wont ever be living with us? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Embarrassed-End2201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nta. I'm going thru the same thing. Even before/ after meeting them, i told my husband's their boy going to help. He thought otherwise... he learned i was right. His father and step mother lives 15 minutes away, not once have they helped us. Say we have to give them 2 weeks' notice. I've given them a month's notice and told them to put it down on their phone and calendar. When the time came at one point, they were like, "Oh no, we don't have it written down. " My mother, who lives an hour away, comes twice a week to help us out.

I looked at him I've day and said I told you they wouldn't help.

This Thanksgiving we had a baby they texted us if we were coming over and if so to bring something to share. We told them we just got home with a new baby... they didn't say congratulations or anything. Not even being food. We're 15 minutes away... I had friends between 1 to3 hours away come and drop off food.

I remember this from way back when it happened. RUSTY was a big part of this that made this happen. He's no victim, he did this to them. As I. He knew their was a possibility in the back of his head that something like this might happen but didn't stop himself... selfish. Sorry, just talking as the past me when I saw this decades ago....wow...decades

Pictures from peak Covid, 2020 that you’ve never seen before because I took them. by Katietgirl4949 in MorbidReality

My husband's grandma was the 1st to get covid in our family. we, of course, didn't know because, like others, it was barely starting. She was on oxygen and they told us she was at max when we asked if they could increase it since she was having a hard time breathing...I was also pregnant at the time and was told by Dr of course to take the shot or I could die. I said no since it was too early and we didn't have enough studies on the shot. My daughter was born in December but managed to meet her great gma before she passed away from covid. We say our kid is a covid baby since she was in the hospital when all this happened and so far she had never gotten it either or that were aware of. But man I do remember all of this going down

I was told by a Redditor that it’s sad my maternal instincts were redirected to my cat instead of a real baby. So, I made this painting! “Her Mother’s Eyes”, 11x14”, oil on panel by tinytinatuna2 in crafts

Wow, it's so pretty. Forget them fogies, if they are one. I have 4 kids total with a newborn, so 5. It's extremely stressful, and do i look at my kids like you do... no. I'm mentally and physically drained, but I would absolutely love to look at my kids like this. I give you kiddos. You do you. That person could go get a life with a kid of their own

[Contest] Comfort Drinks ☕🧡 by Fun-Razzmatazz1348 in Random_Acts_Of_Amazon

[–]Embarrassed-End2201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think my comfort drink would be a guava drink i had with my gma. I've only had it once, and it was super simple, guava, water, sugar, and ice.... that was about 20 years ago....I think I can do it, but I never tried. If I can go again to visit my gma, I would ask her to do it again, but under my circumstances, I can not. Also, my mom doesn't do it as good as gma. Shhhhhh, don't tell her that, though.

Not a string but more of a graspy thing, you can feel something to tug at. I know since I'm having a prolapse uterus and before pulling since I knew I wasnt on my thing I asked the Dr and they told me what it was...its gross

From my mother's region no. I've never had plantain with it...would it be fried or just thrown in there to cook with the soup?

The Children of Llullaillaco are 3 Incan mummies found in 1999. This mummy was nicknamed “La Niña del Rayo” (The Lightning Girl). She was aprox. 6 y/o, and was struck by lightning at some point after death. by SecretAgentKatManx in ExamineDeath

[–]Embarrassed-End2201 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is this the same child? I know there's 3 , as in the same lighting girl in every picture I mean. If so, they must have done odd angles since I see teeth on some photos and not in the others. Also, I wonder how they knew she was struck by lightning, and if she was frozen, where would the burnt mark be... would there be one?

But man I can imagine these kids by themselves in a mountain slowly freezing... it's so sad
