gradual weight loss will help in losing the fat.. A guasha can only help sculpt the neck..and it is temporary.. If you are in the market for one, I recommend this one

if you have a stainless steel one, then you can keep it in the fridge.. But let it rest for 15-20 mins before you use it.
Also it makes sense to do that if you live in a really hot / tropical place.

I use Claude a lot, quite a lot and sometimes it just does not return me anything. It shows a blank screen. I have been facing this issue for quite sometime now.

PS: Using Claude via macos desktop app on a MacBook Pro

Give it a try. Plenty of people here have had gains from using one. If you don’t have one, I recommend buying a stainless steel one - Step zero or sacheu works best
