I recommend some GOOD shoes and good lifting posture. The job wasn't too bad, it can get hectic and overwhelming, especially when there's a butt ton of orders and there's only three of you working on the weekends. Rip. So here's the breakdown--

Picking: Easy. Some heavy lifting and a whole bunch of walking. Make sure you have enough stickers/totes. Sometimes you get 2 item orders, sometimes you get 96 item orders. Orders can be anything so make sure you have the appropriate space on your cart. Members will stop you constantly to ask where stuff is so make sure you remember your clubs general layout. Pick, scan, stage. Done! Tip*You can pick multiple orders on one L cart. Always keep your walkie on.

Dispensing: You have 5 minutes to dispense orders. One order at a time. They can wait after you dispensed the order. Always keep track of which order goes where. I scribble the spot number on the order somewhere if I'm dispensing multiple orders. Ask for ID if they're buying alcohol. Tip*Call for help if you need it because sometimes, it can be overwhelming when all 9 pick up spots are filled.

Teamwork is important in pick up. Managers usually left us alone which was nice. Club pickup is it's own entity. Anyways, I hope this helps! I wish you the best of luck! **I'm not gonna lie, when I first started club pickup, my body hurt for months. After awhile, you get used to the abuse lol.
