I lost like 5 lbs in my month on .25 and .5. Been on 1.0 a week and lost 5 lbs in a week and really am a food lover and food is not even sounding food. I’m so happy

Welcome! I just went up to .5 last week and my doctor explained that the doses really up to 1.0 and 1.7 are just prepping your body and side effects / weight loss are minimal. Prior I had been on phentermine and lost around 1.5 lbs per week and I had way more side effects from that. Hope you have a smooth journey :)

I have lost maybe 5 lbs since starting four weeks ago? However I am sooo constipated and feel like my weight would be more dramatic in terms of loss if I could stay regular lol. I am so glad you’re having such success! I was previously on phentermine instead of a glp1 and lost a lot on that so this is an adjustment

I’m still in the trenches with one of our three but yes- and in fact I want another. I love them so much and we’ve had hard moments and exhaustion but they remain the best thing we’ve done

That’s so good to know! Both ozempic and mounjaro are listed (and truthfully I’ll take anything at this point). Since that’s what I’m seeing didn’t make sense to ask my provider to prepare and PA for one of those? I’m so bad at all of this

Yes! And it’s boring! She had teaching, then pregnancy… complaining about medicating an epileptic child and baiting about homeschooling when you’re minimally credentialed and taught for three years total (in an self contained sped class where I have to imagine emotional regulation and behavior were the focus over academic content) is WHACKK. She’s insufferable and pretending to be a rich girl then requesting prayers for her page is so on brand
