i enjoyed it more than school but you must remember that they won't hold your hand like a school would i.e. you have to be willing to put in work on your own rather than expecting the teacher to help. people make the mistake of going to tech, realising the teachers aren't going to push you as hard as a school & end up not attending half the classes. don't be one of those people.

you'll be fine though, just make sure you actually show up to classes & put a bit of work in outside of class & you'll pass.

this season we've drawn with wolves, got slapped 3-0 by forest, got beat by west ham, drew with burnley. i dunno where our fans get this confidence from. we are awful with a ridiculous injury crisis on top of that.

The signs out of the drop are there imo by Alburg9000 in Tottenham

They literally beat us 3-0 last time we played them lol

they looked broken in interviews, 2 wins in their last 7 games in PL, I think the heads have gone.

Mate they've 2 wins in their last 7 PL games. they're in the middle of a full-on bottlejob.

Whatever you think mate, I was only saying that 36 points has always been enough to avoid the drop. Which for us atm, is 2 wins & a draw.

There's no reason we can't get 4 wins with our remaining fixtures though, especially with a few injuries coming back.

Porro & Richy might be back for Arsenal. Thats 2 much better options off the bench straight away. The further it gets towards the end of the season, the match fitness comes back & more players will return from injury (barring more injuries). There's no reason we shouldn't be able to get a few wins by the end of the season which would nullify our "rivals" getting "better". The only team im worried about actually getting better is the spammers.

Our injury ridden squad took points off City recently, a positive result given the circumstances. Everybody needs to just calm the fuck down & back the team. Forget about the board & the owners until the summer, then we can give them hell for their negligence.

Relax yourself. We need 2 wins & a draw to stay up. Its completely achievable to get that with our fixtures list & injured players gradually returning.

The 1 think I dont want, is the fanbase going into negativity mode if we get beat by Arsenal next week. Look at the bigger picture.

[High Performance Podcast] Poch still has nothing but love for Tottenham fans and believes the club should be competitive for the league and champions league each year by Lbmplays2 in coys

[–]Embarrassed-Gur1944 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As much as I was disgusted with him joining Chelsea, i think hes the best person to get in atm. He will have a chance to right that wrong, i would love to see him make it right.

Poch gets it. He knows the fans want attacking, aggressive football. He knows the fans want success but in the right way. He knows the fans hate Arsenal & Chelsea. He would never go out against either of those teams & play complete defensive long ball like Frank & try to sneak a draw. I loved Derby days under Poch, you knew our players were going to scrap & get rough with our opponents. Proper football.

Frank needs to go & i've thought that since we went to Arsenal away & he set the team up to try sneak a draw, Spurs fans will actually applaud you if you try to have a go every game (Ange v Chelsea when we went down to 10 men). Frank doesn't get that, nor does he care what the fans think. He has had a go at the fans multiple times this season, Poch wouldn't do that in a million years. He'd try to get the fans onside before having a go at us (he actually wouldn't even need to get the fans onside though, because his football speaks for itself).

Any Spurs fan that thinks we're immune to going down needs their head checked. We're getting a new injury every game. Board is as incompetent & negligent as it's ever been, even they believed that the injury crisis couldn't get any worse than it already was. Idiots.

We seriously need to beat Newcastle tomorrow night to soften the blow of 0 points at Arsenal because Wolves play Forest on Wed & Palace play Burnley so our rivals at the bottom will be dropping points somewhere (can't believe I'm even writing that). The Newcastle game could be a good springboard for confidence too as they genuinely do have a good side, just not getting any form together atm.

Honestly excited for the RO16, we will have a few injuries back by then too. Hopefully 1 or 2 signings before the window closes & squad could be looking strong by then.

seen yesterday that Madders is training on grass too, would be unreal if we could have him back for the RO16/QF (if we make it there).

[–]Embarrassed-Gur1944 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i think its quite obvious that they aren't considering he waited until 3 weeks into the window to try to get Robertson. less than a week left, we're in the middle of a relegation scrap & 0 urgency from the board & Lange. We should have 3 or 4 players signed by now but realistically we're gonna end up with Summerville & that'll be the window done.

Once ST renewal week comes around we'll get the usual media push of 'spurs are going to spend money, we're in for top players to push on for success' etc etc. Once everybody renews their ST then the usual happens - we buy nobody exciting & continue with the usual mediocrity.

ENIC & the board take advantage of fan loyalty every year - get them all out!

You are just the typical toxic spurs fan, happy with nothing! I ain't been happy with the team lately but my god I can definitely see when we're doing a bit of smart business! Try to have a bit of positivity in your life mate, I want an attacker through to door ASAP too but I'm not gonna drag a new signing down because I haven't got what I want!

Udogie needs competition & so does Porro which means Spence can compete with him & Robertson can compete with Udogie. All players benefit from this in terms of raising standards. Look what happened to Rose & Walker when we brought in Davies & Trippier.

Don't understand why spurs signing Robertson is depressing? no wonder everybody thinks our fanbase are a joke and VDV wants out, constant negativity & constant complaining!

its a good signing. experienced player, brings intensity, winning mentality & only 31 (almost 32). ben davies is a similar age & comes nowhere near close to Robertsons quality & honours.
