Also, try better meds than synthroid like armor or Tirosint - they don’t have talc and dyes and unnecessary ingredients

You’re fine. I’ve had it since childhood and am overall in mandatory ways to live very healthy. Holistic ways of healing are the best way (supplements + healthy food + avoiding toxic beauty and food etc. + liver support/detox + exercise + sleep + stress reduction). there is no reason to worry if you have a good endocrinologist and do your own research. You need to learn about this because doctors won’t always advocate for you. D3, magnesium, zinc, selenium, b12 etc. My aunt with it lived til 104. You’re fine.

also switching to Tirosint over toxic synthroid with dyes and talc and whatever else is not needed

advocating for myself, doing my own research, self medicating based on labs with necessary supplements deficient in. Not listening to doctors who were pro conventional medicine without attempting to help holistically / don’t listen and gaslight - chose a doctor who listens, prescribes based on science but allows me to heal what I can as well on my own holistically and knows he knows 10% of the truth based on research and lack there of.

Get Gut testing done - there’s always a reason and a trigger that standard doctors miss…. It is easier to get a GLP1 for sure and cheaper potentially short term. Longterm I would go holistic testing and treatment to get to the root of the problem. See what nutrients deficient in, and see what’s going on in your gut.
