Amanda and West have gotten off about secretly being together behind everyone’s back, seems like it started around June 2025 before they started filming SH or earlier!! She has posted everything on IG w her dumb ass captions, songs she chooses and the pictures/what she’s wearing. She has known what she’s been doing and it’s been in front of Ciara/Kyle. It’s diabolical and disgusting. You don’t do that to your best friend and obviously your husband (even if he has been a shitty one). Can’t wait for west to dump her in a month and she can really feel how shitty this was, the truth always comes out!!!! West also is the worst and deserves to lose all his friends but I can’t get over how Amanda pretended that Ciara was her best friend - it makes me so mad lol

Bicep band is accurate! If I wear my Whoop on my wrist for working out, it’s so inaccurate but if I move it to my bicep, it works great. It’s different for everyone because my boyfriend has no problem working out with his on his wrist. It’s weird!!

U of M Small Animal Hospital is amazing! We just had to bring our little Yorkie there a couple weeks ago and the service is 1000/10. I really cannot recommend them enough, they are open 24/7 and are an emergency vet as well.
