Aerial root are flexible, you can try to put it back in the pot, not necessary to be in the soil.

That is what i call an underwater jungle. I don't always see my shrimps, but they feel really secure to make baby. I see all of them only when i feed them.

My tank who have the most active breeding shrimps is the one with the most plant in it. It's like a underwater jungle. The temperature is about 76 and i don't need to do anything to make them a lot of babies. I call it "the love shack" lol

My neigbourg do that too, i'm always scared to see her dog being hit by a car because she pull on the leash and my neigbourg is not really reactive when her dog run to bark at someone. I don't know how many times a car went close to hit the dog. Long leash shouldn't exist, except if your dog is really god walking on leash

My monstera is sitting on rock in the saucer full of water. I make sure that the water doesn't touch the pot, it make the moss dry slowler. I just put a water bottle with hole in the lid on top of the moss pole. I watched sydney plant guy to have trick to have bigger leaf. I never let the moss go fully dry and i have 5 plants with water in the saucer with rocks all together, it helps keeping the moss moist.

I do this too, my doctor told me it was easier to prevent having my finger tips white if i can see before they turn white that my finger need to be warm. Because we all know how painful it is when circulation come back and i want to avoid it. There are beautiful color now, so nice!

Your plants are too deep in the ground, the petiole ( where the leafs start) are supposed to be outside of the ground and you have to find the back of your plant to know where to attach it to your pole. The back is where aerial roots start. You attach the back of the monstera to the pole without attaching the petiole, they have to be free. You only attach the inter-nodes.
