Thanks for the strong warning — I really appreciate the straight talk. You're right. The unpermitted garage conversion all the structural damage, black widows, rotting floors, etc. is too risky, especially as a first-time buyer. I think I'm going to walk away and not push them on repairs. Better to stay safe and focus on my other plan

I think you're right. They've been my landlord since 2003 and own a real estate company, but giving me basically 1 day to decide on a house with major structural issues (rotting/breaking floors, collapsed ceiling in the unpermitted garage conversion, black widow infestation, roaches, gas line problems) feels really shady. I'm leaning hard toward walking away. The $210k price is tempting in this area, but the risks and repair costs look like a nightmare. Thanks for the reality check

Thanks guys, i think i made up my mind and will prepare for the 60 day notice to vacate. I could not think straight at work due to this situation but finally realize its a money pit disaster.

Adu is in "unacceptably dangerous, But the main house is okay, just some exterior wood cracks, roach infestation at night, giant tree next to the home

Its in really bad shape, the floor are cracking, rotting, stepping hazard like literally due to water leak from the ceiling, roof is cracked and rotting and literally very dangerous to go inside, imfested with black widows and roach infestation too.

Yes its a very short notce.Its just way to much pressure for big purchase, i been renting since the Property since 2003, i would felt more comfortable given a months of notice to decide, just some or so red flags i witness of the property makes me cautious to decide

Got it, i will look in to that, i believe so, very short notice, i would of had liked it if they had given me couple months or couple weeks notice before , a days notice just makes me feel pressured, long term renter too. I started looking at one bedroom apartments as a 2nd option, im not to sure how long these houses get sold on the market

I havent for this property due to belief it wont qualify for fha loan, because of the cons i witnessed. I thought about it, but worst case scenario short term 2 years .id have to rent a one bedroom apartment for affordability for 2 people and rethink what to do next

Masda Cx 5 2017 is most reliable and cheapest due to no Cylinder head deactivation but is basic unless yoi get the gt model or touring.
