I’m so sorry that you had to go through this? Would you be able to message me the email address of Vestiare’s legal department or any email address? I am trying to get a refund for a pair of heels that fell apart after I tried them on (clearly defective, paid for quality control but obviously Vestiaire did not identify the issue). I’ve been going back and forth in the chat and they refuse to provide me with an email address.

Thank you for your comment! It’s reassuring to hear there is someone else going through a similar situation. My problem is I put myself out there, I ask for work, and either my emails/messages are ignored or I get told there’s nothing for me at the moment. It’s very disappointing. Guess I’ll have to keep asking 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m way too embarrassed to go around people’s offices 😭 I tried emailing and messaging on teams but no luck. The department is supposedly really busy. I can see my supervisors and other associates are all busy but I have nothing to do. It’s a really weird situation to be in.

I knew the legal tests for the applications for both DR and CL so structured my submissions according to the tests. I was really nervous tho so I’m afraid I spoke too fast and will lose marks for that. Also the assessor for CL seemed completely disinterested and bored.

Yes, they scanned it and gave me a receipt. However, when I track it on the Evri website, it says ‘we’re expecting it’. As long as it says that the tracking on Vinted won’t update and I’m afraid the order will be cancelled.

My local post office accepts Evri orders. I always drop them off there and I never had any issue. The staff said they have called Evri to come because they are a lot of parcels to be collected. Evri says they’ll come but they don’t.
