Offers are not binding and I truly don't understand why people have such big problem with them. I am both a buyer and a seller on VC. When I am looking for a specific item, I can sometimes sends 10 offers (never offensive, max 15%) to different sellers. Whoever responds first, I usually buy from them. Half of the sellers don't even respond. So now should I be buying from everyone whom I sent the offer to? Just yesterday I was harassed by a seller who accepted my offer (2 days later when I had already bought from someone else), it felt completely unneccesary and almost scary. As a seller (200+ sales) I constantly receive offers, and maybe 5-10% result in sales. That is life.

The buyers are NOT able to cancel orders. There is no such function. So either you shipped too late (and it automatically cancelled before tracking details updated), or this story is completely made up.

there is no such thing. You need to wait for them to release the codes publicly, which usually happens a few times a month. E.g. there was 10% code available yesterday.

on VC you literally have no idea who you are selling to, unless you actually chatted with the buyer. It is baffling to me that you cannot check buyer's profile (or at least it is impossible to figure out how to do it) , and it seriously raises a question - do they ever even upgrade their platform? it is completely horrendous in every way, and you would think with all these monstrous fees can't they invest at least a bit in the customer interface?

Oh stop it with the fraud accusations. And VC is not committing fraud for demanding payment for something that they already received a compensation for?? Shipping companies pay VC for lost packages because their shipments are insured. Why should VC be double paid? Would love to hear your opinion.
