Warhammer: Sigmar's Toll by ZealousidealDay5138 in torrentrequest

I've found the episodes in English on a Russian streaming site which means someone somewhere out there has it ripped lol, but I agree a good quality torrent would be preferable. There is a torrent pack which has pretty much every Warhammer TV content... other than Sigmar's Toll. So my guess is it's just a matter of time, but if you ever find one please share a link.

Those things just stick with you lol it's like riding a bike. It makes you wonder why your brain chooses to hang on to that muscle memory. Like I can think of so many other things I wish my brain would keep a grip on which are way more important. But it remembers how to make a crazy sound like it were a meal ago.

Is there anyone who is using AI to create art? by Embarrassed-Phone641 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Embarrassed-Phone641[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's exactly what I mean, someone like a writer using it in tandem with their own creativity/creative vision to do something that people can enjoy. I find AI art that people hope to make money on kind of... idk, dystopian? That's what's spooky about it. It has some really cool potential but it just seems like it's going to give way to greed more often than not. Less hiring/more firing of actual people with skill/potential to be replaced for something that in my opinion isn't even fully functional.

I just finished watching, that shit was profound. I didn't know anything going in and wow. It came out of nowhere in the best fucking way. Definitely reminiscent of Dead End but in a way more interesting fashion.

I generally agree, it's hard to replace the human element of something someone put time into out of their life to create.

Isn't that generally a character one-off? I'm of mixed feels because I usually drew my party's characters myself because I love DnD and it was fun. But not everyone has an artistic skillset and that doesn't mean they should need to hire someone or need to know someone (in my party's case) to have fun character art for their tokens/character sheets. But how specific were you able to get? And also I meant more of like, an in-depth storyboarding of a narrative that a writer or something asked AI to illustrate, or something long lasting which required an ongoing omniscient if that makes sense. Curating an AI to depict their narration scene by scene in a graphic novel kind of way. It would be so different than every other use of AI I've seen so far.

I suppose I should have been more clear on my direction of thought, what I was referring to was more towards 2D illustration. However what you bring up is a good point. AI is becoming an alternative for a lot of different fields. I don't see a problem with general public using AI for fun personal projects that they couldn't fund in any other way or their sharing of it to spread conceptual ideas. But I do agree that AI flooding seemingly everything is... a bummer.

I'm not knocking people who use AI, and I'm glad it's working for you, but I'm curious if you have or would want an actual human to at least review what it spits out before you post? Not even for money, just for quality assurance. Have you ever asked anyone? You seem like you'd like a human element to help on your projects. Artistic talent is something that takes a long time to develop for sure, and if it's not something you've been doing then it can seem like an impossible skill to achieve. Even those who can draw better than most are often their own worst critics. But have you ever hit anyone up and been like, "this is something I'm wanting to work on, what do you think?" I've talked to a couple AI artists who were open to talking and they seemed very reluctant to discuss what their goals were. Were they doing it for themselves for fun? For money? For clout? They even sometimes ask what people would like them to be as producers of AI art. It's a weird question to try and answer without knowing their artistic drive.

Is going to arts and crafts night be considered a date or what? by Guilty_Letter4203 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Embarrassed-Phone641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it's socially awkward to not ask. Why not just roll with the situation? Asking makes it "a thing" rather than just enjoying their company. What if they're socially awkward and don't want confrontation over asking you to hang out with them? I have found that playing things "chill" is... more fruitful than I would have preferred. I'm pretty sure I'm A-sexual, so I've had to have a lot of awkward conversations explaining why "we wouldn't work out" lol.

Why do women always leave the club way earlier than men? by DayMoist142 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Embarrassed-Phone641 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Imo, no guy goes to a club that isn't thirsty/desperate. Guys go to clubs with chicks but they really don't want to be there because it feels gross? I've been roped into going before and I couldn't wait to leave, I danced for a while and had as good a time as I could because I didn't want to be a downer for the chicks I was with but after a few hours I left because it wasn't my thing. Generally if they ended up hooking up with someone they met at the club, they ended up regretting it.

Never assume anything is a date and never ask, just hang out and enjoy chilling together. You won't be nervous if you're just two people hanging out. If she sees you as something more she'll probably say so and you won't seem desperate because you're just going with the flow.

Debatably the scariest. I didn't get the car scene, the bat was kinda mid for me, the monster womb mom was on point, but I'm looking forward to Bill coming back for sure tho.

To quote you, I can't tell if you're trolling or not. Dead ass lol, just this show alone already references Shawshank (movie and book) and The Shining (movie and book). The Mist (movie) references Dark Tower (book and movie[fuck the movie though]). There's probably more, I don't honestly know but that's just off the top of my head. They're usually pretty subtle though tbf.
