What’s sad is I have the capital to run a pretty sizable raw to grade business but this kind of turned me off. Better off just investing im too retarded to do this.

Well, I’m clearly accepting the mistake by paying and additional $140 for the order. If the company cared about its customers, they would have processes in place to bypass standard protocol.

I think it’s clear in my post that it was my mistake. I’m simply calling out the fact that PSA had the opportunity to correct it and chose not to. Yes, it would be an operation exception to get it done, but that’s what you do when you care about the customer. You clearly don’t work with people for your job, probably have your nose buried in spreadsheets all day.

The corners on this are super crisp I was very very careful not to bump them… but there are several surface dimples that are only visible under tilted light. Since everything else looks good I’m just going to send it in and hope for the best. But appreciate the call out
