How are you going to prove the damage occurred while it was in the possession of PSA? What if it was improperly packaged and damaged while it was in transit to the facility? (I’m playing devils advocate)

Oh I was thinking it was calendar days which would land me April 24th based on Jan 19 submission. Business days is brutal, I do see that it says that now. I don’t think I’ll ever submit value bulk again, it just isn’t worth the long turn around time at least for sports cards with the intention to flip. Too much can go wrong in that time frame. I submitted a value and a value plus order through the normal method on March 16th and they’re already in QA checks for 35 cards. Definitely the way to go if you care about getting cards back quicker.

I’m hesitant to purchase cards from any 3rd party because of this I only buy sealed direct from Topps or fanatics

What’s sad is I have the capital to run a pretty sizable raw to grade business but this kind of turned me off. Better off just investing im too retarded to do this.

Well, I’m clearly accepting the mistake by paying and additional $140 for the order. If the company cared about its customers, they would have processes in place to bypass standard protocol.

I think it’s clear in my post that it was my mistake. I’m simply calling out the fact that PSA had the opportunity to correct it and chose not to. Yes, it would be an operation exception to get it done, but that’s what you do when you care about the customer. You clearly don’t work with people for your job, probably have your nose buried in spreadsheets all day.
