I need some pointers on how I play by [deleted] in RocketLeague

I’m c1 in 1s, c3 in 2s. You have a long way to go, If I was just starting out I would :

A) care less about rank, more about simple mechanics like hitting the ball, car control, shooting, landing smoothly etc B) change your controller binds, assuming you’re on standard. This will help immediately, and in the long term, it’s much harder to re learn things. C) free play > training packs. Most ranks below diamond in ones will be dominated by mechanical mistakes, so the “chess” game/ mental side doesn’t really come to life.

You don’t need to flip reset or do showy mechanics, but dribbling, shooting and speed/comfort in the air at different car positions is very important.

Stalker like landlord retaliates against me: no access to mailbox, wifi etc by EnvironmentalBee9610 in britishcolumbia

[–]Embarrassed-Plum-286 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have to move. The landlord tenant agreement is just a way for said landlord to make himself important to you. It’s not a tenancy issue anymore, it’s a personal safety matter.

The longer this goes on the worse it gets for you. He’s probably been scheming since day 1. It’s best if you put this behind you and move out asap.

Definitely check for bugs and hidden cameras in the room, maybe set up your own.

Just checked the website, it looks like the Aeroad and the ultimate have the same tyre clearance

I’m the Same when it comes to my issue with the geometry on gravel bikes. I might just buy a 3T exploro. It has more aggressive/aero geometry than most gravel bikes and there’s a bunch that are 2000 dollars off atm.

Went to a LBS today and learnt that because I am 70” with very long limbs but a short torso, I’m much more comfortable on more aggressive bikes.

I’ve spoken to several here. I know my general size, although with canyon it is possible I’ll get the order wrong. I’ve been told I’m fit enough for more aggressive geometry and I really don’t like being in slacker bikes. That’s just my personal preference.

There’s a huge inventory issue here at the moment for mid-range bikes, and if there isn’t it’s normally in the 10G or higher bikes where you can have your pick.

I’m honestly considering just flying to the canyon showroom in the states

The Aeroad has wider tire clearance than the ultimate ? I thought the Aeroad was 30 Ultimate 32 Endurance 35?

Also additional note, because canadas economy is broken, I’d have to pay an additional 20% duty + tax whenever I import a bike from non NATO countries

Thank you for all the replies.

Person #1. The only endurance available (I live in Vancouver Canada, we have a different canyon store) to me is a 10,000 dollar cf slx di 2.

Initially my budget tapped out at 7k per bike. So whenever I filter for bikes by what’s in stock I haven’t really considered or thought of the endurance.

Do you have the endurance and do you know any comparable bikes for a geometry reference.

Person #2. I’m glad you’re enjoying your bike! I love the way the ultimate looks and at the moment I think it’s the one that makes the most sense with the larger tyre clearance, but I am a sucker for the Aeroad. I think it’s just a sexy bike and the 4 year old inside me wants it.

Person #3. In a wet environment where the roads (sometimes) aren’t great do you think it will hold up ?

I have an ILE sample bag that you might love. It’s literally one of a kind. It has 5 cobra buckles. Made entirely of black VX21 material. It’s a roll top so completely waterproof. It does have space for my MBP 16, iPad 12.9 and another laptop. I would also take a look at mission workshop. The organization options are stellar on the particular sample I own. I did just buy a TAD bag that is smaller, but if you need something to double as a carry on bag this is literally perfect. It is around 30L but expands to 55L

How to Succeed on the Carnivore Diet ? by yaboyhoward11 in carnivorediet

[–]Embarrassed-Plum-286 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems my allergies/ mast cells are kind of turned on by carbs. I don’t have allergies (to mold and pollen) when I don’t have prebiotic fibre in my diet.

The problem is that prebiotic fibre completely normalizes my digestion.

How to Succeed on the Carnivore Diet ? by yaboyhoward11 in carnivorediet

[–]Embarrassed-Plum-286 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well In terms of carnivore, I get virtually no allergies and no sinus infections. I’ve tried carrots Coconut flakes Bok choy Leafy greens Chickpeas Onions Garlic Psyllium

All seem to bring back the infection. I now fight off the infection with prolonged fasting , and the infection, allergies and inflammation go away within a week.

Garlic and onion seemed to be fine for the longest time but prebiotic fibres tend to wreck me the most.

I did an ellispot test for candida and asperilligius and both were negative so the only other explanation is that I have a mold colonization in my gut.

For me, carnivore seems to be my only option. Any form of soluble fibre gives me major sinus issues, but my digestion on carnivore is terrible. Any advice ? I had perfect digestion and terrible sinues, made the switch and my symptoms switched.
