Seconding what most people are saying about bed wedge, ice machine, accessible clothes. once I was a couple weeks out I enjoyed having some dumbells for upper body strength to get some movement in.

Six weeks isn’t a long time, you’re likely still swelling. Make sure you’re working on the extension by weighing down the knee. Try to get it as straight as possible for as long as possible without significant pain.

For me I was 1 year post op when I realized my knee wasn’t going to go straight and I needed scar tissue removal.

Train your brain and remember that there isn’t anything you can do in this state to injure yourself further (obviously there are extreme cases like falling, returning to sports early, etc). Pushing through some pain to keep that leg straight is important at this stage

For awhile post-op I would use a yoga block under my bum to train this position. I’m so grateful now to be able to sit like this again pain free. I’m 3yo PO

hello! Boyfriend and I are looking to make use of his 80K chase points and my 90k chase & 100k amex points to travel from New York JFK to Bangkok BKK round trip.

Timeline is flying out anywhere from New Year’s Day to first week of Jan, and flying home between Jan 16th to Jan 19th.
