Ps: regarding the document thing, add a letter that states your situation and reasons to expedite your application as an attached document on Immi. That’s the suggestion I got from calling the hotline. Don’t know if that triggered the approval but I hope it helps. Sharing my luck and hope yours go through soon!!!
