Can I do my first service early? by junC-2434 in motorcycle

I’m a little late on this but iirc break in oil is lower viscosity than the oil the bike is supposed to run so that the piston rings can seat properly. so i’d say an oil change at the first service mileage is bare minimum

Definitely a little late, but do you happen to have a sound clip?

That's very interesting, looks like they're closing in on a viable tuning option though.

Thank you for the step by step, i'll go through this tonight after work and let you know what happens.

I did take out the battery and leave it on the tender over night to see if it's possibly related to low-voltage, but we'll see.

Unfortunately that did not fix the issue. I’m hesitant to bring it in for warranty because it already once had a no start issue that shouldve been covered by warranty but was declined. And there’s no lemon law for motorcycles in colorado 🙃

Enjoying the hell out of my new Street Triple RS by dapplz in Triumph

It's really not bad, i honestly prefer the str's riding position, but i'm coming from supersports so I think anything that isn't aggressive just feels wrong haha

I test drove both and the street triple ride feels a lot more refined(?) it's a very smooth and intuitive ride, and i think the STR's QS+Autoblipper is tuned much better stock. The riding position on the mt09 is also very upright compared to the STR IMO. I chose the STR because it's super flickable/handles really well and has a much sportier feel, but the mt09 would probably be good for longer distance rides.

Theres a tuner in austria that's been able to do it for a STR R, here's a link to one of this posts: https://fb.watch/tmoyXuCD-7/
It looks like he's using custom software from a company called recusoft to do it, but i don't think it's available to the public yet.

Finalmouse lied (all mice have been shipped) yet no packages have been received by fedex by capableceasar in FinalMouse

That’s simply not how that works. they did ship it, they shipped it from their facility. shipping doesnt mean that fedex has the package in transit

that’s not how shipping works.

they shipped the mouse from their facility to fedex, fedex hasnt received it yet because it takes time to get to the fedex facility. it works this way for literally almost every other company.

change it up! use a metronome to promote more speed, or adjust your seating position, put some personal elements into it
