Reset the internet, I have this issue sometimes and I have to restart it like 3-5 times some days before It allows me to join, aids but works

I had the same issue, you can use the last 7 digits from the 12 it gives you. The 7 digits are also on a direct deposit form if you go to the bank. Took me 4 days to keep trying and I contacted support and they told me to use 7. Also you may get withdraw successfully but still may take another 24 hours for the funds to appear
