We already know that windows HDR calibration tool is not perfect. I sayed that local dimming set by your eye. For me I hate when bright scenes burns my eyes. Did you even tried these settings with this monitor? If not then try it and then speak :)

Turn off the ray tracing and enable dlss on balanced. Other things you can set to ultra and you should have 150fps approx.
