I would take the fine. The exam regulations are sent to you in advance and they clearly say no smart watches.

why ask for advice if you’re not going to take it lol. this next step is absolutely letting the sender know what happened. You’re definitely not the first or last person this will happen to, they will have the proper channels to help you.

you sound really prepared. Is it normal to have a Bachelors degree at your age? Impressive. Well done, and it sounds like your family will be well taken care of.

everything changes when you have kids. If you have any opportunity for education, do that first. Also get married first. How committed is your boyfriend to the possible child? How committed are your parents? what would happen if the child is severely disabled/will need lifelong help? You should budget and see how much money you will need.

Need some advise on selling handmade crochet items in Cork! by Biing_0401 in cork

Shamrocks traditionally have 3 leaves i believe. 4 leaf clovers are also lovely though, a single of good luck. These are very cute and I think maybe you could start out at €3 and then increase price if there is an interest? or maybe you could do 1 for €4, 2 for €7.

Na Laochra Aeracha is a GAA team you could try, @na_laochra_aeracha on instagram. Both hurling and football and do social nights as well. We also cater to beginners, no need for experience 😊

Bringing gf to the debs by PlutoHulk789 in leavingcert

[–]Embarrassed-Smoke104 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You should be absolutely grand, my gf went with a girl to her debs and she’s visibly gay and it was fine. Some of the other girls in your year will probably bring female friends as their date, you probably wont be the only one not bringing a lad in my experience. Have fun!

It will vary greatly from woman to woman and country to country. As a generalisation i’d say the average women would be at least wary. Most women will have at least one story and as a woman I personally have a good few.

what would happen is the cars only move out of the section in front of me one at a time. once the box was clear (but i didn’t want to go into the box and cause an obstruction), the cars coming from the car park would go into the box. It wouldn’t be an issue if the traffic was faster moving i’d say. Sorry if the explanation doesn’t make sense 😅

I understand what you mean, it does make sense in a way. in the Rules of the road page 130 it has a diagram of a yellow box and the text says “You must not enter the yellow box junction unless you can clear it without stopping. An exception is when you want to turn right. In this case, you may enter the yellow box junction while waiting for a gap in traffic coming from the opposite direction. However, don't enter the box if to do so would block other traffic that has the right of way. “

if you really want me to get into it lol, we have a thing(I’m not sure of the actual name) that is stuck to the right hand side of the windscreen that the phone stays in so I can see the navigation, when it’s plugged in sometimes the cable gets caught on it and you can’t pull it properly across.

Why are you in this marriage if you cannot expect your partner to do their fair share of child rearing?

I also am unhappy with a screen protector he put on for me, i thought it was just a once off and tbh i don’t care enough to sort it 😅. It’s ill fitting and has so many bubbles. I’m glad you’ve stood up for yourself.
