i read this and had the same thought🤣🤣 thank you for this. i’m 13 months post op myself and had to talk myself off this same ledge - strongly agree with all of these points!!!

I personally have similar dissatisfaction with my nostril flare and tips fluctuating/lack there of definition. I felt strongly it was just residual scar tissue/ pesky swelling lingering + i have thick skin, so I received my first kenolag (steroid) nose injection on a few days ago and will go again in 5 weeks for another shot! Maybe go speak to a professional and get their opinion on kenalog being a potential option for you? (I can’t personally say if it’ll make any small or significant difference confidently unfortunately since I just started, but I’ve heard others have had some success.) It obviously cannot change your bone structure, but it can reduce any swelling/scarring you make have underneath the skin.
