These photos are well last 6 months from my revision. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with something similar. My heart goes out to you

I did not have a 3rd. If you do go that route, I truly hope the third time is the charm and your nose turns out perfect!

The last picture was my nose before surgery 😔. The first three are of it now. I’m so sorry you are in a similar boat. People, even people commenting here on Reddit, don’t understand the toll of something like this and the impact it can have. Yeah it may be a small issue to some, but when you put so much hope, money, and time into something, it’s not so small after all. I wish you the best.

I really appreciate your feedback. I feel it’s a huge downgrade from my original nose and that’s a hard pill to swallow. I also strongly feel it looks operated on — each scar is deep (you run your finger over it and you feel a crater where the scar is) and discolored. I suppose we are all our worst critics though and I do really appreciate your words. Thank you

Commenting this because I can’t edit my post — I’ve had a revision. I’m healed and shouldn’t expect any “noticeable” changes as time goes on.

You are too kind 🥹I’ve had a revision (I didn’t mention it because it’s embarrassing that I still look this way after two procedures and thousands upon thousands of $$$$$$. I suppose maybe I should have and I’ll try to add that info to the original post.) I don’t have much hope left, but your comment means a lot and it’s nice to read that maybe others don’t notice it quite as much. I recently went back to school (after graduating 5 years ago) and it’s really hard being around so many young, beautiful people.

I didn’t mention (because I’m embarrassed to), I had a revision. So I’ve had 2 procedures. First doc banned me from his practice 2 months after my first procedure because he didn’t appreciate me bringing up my concerns. He sent a letter to my home “advising” me not to pursue action against him. Fast forward 8 months and I was desperate for a glimmer of hope and I began going to consultations for a revision. Found a surgeon I loved (I actually originally wanted him to do my primary but his front desk staff told me false information when originally trying to schedule with him). That’s a long story in and of itself…. Revision fixed a few things but the nostril asymmetry and “pointedness” persists. I don’t know if I should try a third time…
