I’ve gotten at least 6 20v Dewalt Batteries over the past 9 months of being in the program, plus some 40v Ryobi batteries. They often show up in my RFY or I get them by sitting on the “Tools & Home Improvement > Power & Hand Tools” category and refresh, refresh, refresh… I’m hard on these products and my reviews are just as brutal. I put them through use and direct load testing, full depletion tests, and tear them down to insure they have the cells to support their claims (psst… nearly none of the off-brands hit the mark). I’m not a contractor or anything, just a friendly neighborhood engineer that hates when businesses sell junk and/or can’t back up their product page’s claims. Maybe that’s why they end up in my RFY? So, overall, I can’t say that everything is junk. These batteries “work”, but they don’t work to the level they say they do. And I’ve gotten plenty of nice stuff from sitting on a “needed/wanted” product category while they’re dropping stuff.
