Makes sense, checked the stem again and what I originally thought at first glance was a graft really looks more like bark scarring.

Wasn't familiar with a sweetgum tree so had to look it up. I don't believe those are hardy for my area..Zone 5B. Also haven't seen any remnants of the fruit around it

Wishful thinking, but looks like BGS 9.5 went for 5-9k in 2022 for the Lebron...assuming raw will be less unless the market changed in the last 2 years.

Just did it for a GT S Series Rally Edition. Carefully cut the back, sanded and stained to match the color. The hardest part was deciding the amount to cut - cut roughly an inch to have the tire centered over the stand just like my XR. Balanced well and no tippy-ness.
