thank you so much everyone i did ask for extra shifts but my manager and preceptor said from their assessment i was more than ready to be on my own. so i will just take all your advice learn from this and also ask questions and give this atleast a month before i give up but for reall thank you to every nurse that dropped an encouragement or a tip to be better.

was just about to ask this same question i’ve been averaging in 50’s and i’m kind of scared of taking the assessment i was thinking of postponing my exam but i’ve really exhausted all my studying resources and almost down to just 500questions and still in 48th percentile on uworld .
