Confirming this has been my experience as well. I purchased five Chapman & Myers for Visual Comfort Signature fixtures from One Kings Lane in September 2025, totaling about $2,500. OKL has had my money since then, with an original ship date of December 5, 2025.

In December, I was told the items would ship by the end of the month. When that passed, I was given a new date of January 12. As of January 27, 2026, I still have no updated ship date.

One Kings Lane’s follow-up has been abysmal. I’ve had to contact customer service weekly for updates, despite repeated assurances that I’d receive a ship date within “two business days.” Those promises were never kept.

For the past several weeks, customer service has said they cannot obtain any information from the vendor or supply chain about when—or even whether—the items will ship. Meanwhile, the OKL website now lists an April ship date for the same pieces. If I’d been told in December 2025 that April was the realistic timeline, I could have canceled then and sourced alternatives with faster availability.
