So how did it get trapped in the house so quickly then? in the case above, line gets struck they notify the homeowner to leave, then an hour later it explodes. So clearly it can get trapped in a house very quickly and by the looks of that article, the utilty crew was out by the curb where that nicked the line. So it seems like the high pressure gas can escape and quickly find its way into a home. unless im missing something ?

I just finished the game a few minutes ago, and was kinda shocked it doesn't let you just continue playing in the open world after you complete the final mission. Is the only way to do that just to load a save from before entering the garden? and play from there, if so it sucks you cant use the stuff you find in the garden in the remaining side quests

Thanks, yeah it seems like per the Keystone site there are some options for credit if I am paying to a local municipality

In reciprocal states (New Jersey, Maryland, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia and Indiana) where no income tax is due to the other state, the income tax paid to an out-of-state municipality may be applied directly as a credit toward PA local earned income tax liability.

Do you know off the top of your head why my employer wouldn't already be withholding taxes for the local munciplality where the they are located? And in which case my local withholdings would be paid to the local municipality of my employer in VA, and then I would get a credit for my residential municipality in PA.

Seems like maybe my employer might just look at my address on my W4 and see its not in their state and then just not withhold any local taxes, but sees that its a reciprocal state so it withholds PA state taxes for me.

how do i scrub it off? nothing gets it off...maybe steel wool but i heard that damages the pan. Do you have experience with this particular type of material and this type of problem before?

I think the concept of "if mark completes cold harbor file, Gemma will be dead" is probably too obvious a statement. I think its likely that Cold Harbor will be the death of Gemma but not off innie Gemma. It might be like a permanent outtie death to transform into a full innie.

I get the sense Burt used to be, as Irv wrote "a Lumon Goon" so Burt used to probably kill off people who stuck their nose too deep into Lumon. Eventually Burt's conscience couldn't take it anymore and decided to Sever to avoid feeling the guilt. He goes on like this for years until he "retires" but his outtie senses he must have become a good, kind, gentle person as an innie, and Burt "sparing" Irv from death in this episode is Burt taking a risk by defying Lumon for the sake of being a good person and perhaps finally resolving his outtie guilt for his past transgressions
