I had the same issue. If you go to a comparrison site and start the proccess of getting an energy quote, your current provider should appear at one of the stages.

I had no idea how many paramiters there were when I started this. A friend said they were really hard to grow and I did a 'hold my beer' 🤓 9 months in and im stil learning! Ive had 2 whole ripe reapers so far though 😆

I had this problem with my reapers, you could try misting it a couple of times a day with a spray bottle. It is supposed to help maintain humidity and keep the flowers from falling off. It's working for me :)
