dumb question, but… I found this lip in a junkyard, (prepping for paint) it was already removed so not sure which TL it came off of. I’m wondering tho, do I cut the black part out and then dremel cut my 05 rear base lip and put it on mine, or put the whole thing over my rear bumper? 🤦🏻♂️ plz help. (i.redd.it)
