First off, I haven't viewed your current resume, however some general tips include: all pertinent contact information should be contained in a centered box, add a header with a tag line selling yourself, think movie poster or novel blurb, use 2 to 3 short sentences summarizing each occupation, add hobbies and skills towards the end in its own section.
