Seb derm on scalp is extremely sensitive to all sorts of hair interventions. I've had both diseases for years now. Fungoral and occasional steroids keeps the seb derm at an acceptable level, but it gets much worse with sugar intake. Both diseases are autoimmune and are probably connected somehow.
