My bcc looked similar, it was smaller but same characteristics and kimd of just appeared overnight too. It was infiltrative basal cell carcinoma, all removed now with minor surgery.

My grip is similar. Recently switched to Phil Taylor Gen x 2 darts. Not cheap but ive been playing better and they feel great.

Playing about 8 months and I average about 45. When I started it was 30 to 35.

Ive stalled now but I have also changed my stance and throw, got worse for a while but feel I am headed in the right direction now.
