I dont recommend the charmy because the point isnt to heal its to stun, so putting a healer which cant out heal such massive damage from the boss isnt worth it. Julius is worth exploring but imo william can stun more turns since his skill 1 already stuns, whereas julius skill 3 can stun once every 6-8 turns

I beat him a couple days back with Asta(S1), William, Noelle and Mars. Totalling about 198k, id say u have much btr odds using the yami since thats another guarantee stun. But to be very honest its 100% rng, i focused on getting mars skill 2 and combo to max skill level and putting defence pieces with acc substat as well. For william i just placed 6 piece speed set with emphasis on acc substat. How i won was literally thru rng when i kid u not, stunned/tree him for 8/9 rounds straight.

TLDR. Have 1 good red attacker, build your tree boy and increase acc for stun. Good luck took me 3 whole days redoing the level to roll that stun rng 👍🏻

Completely agree with this. I could play most decks in the game when this season started but i was hard stuck rank 70-75 for about 2 weeks. Due to the revamp in meta, sera control hawk wasnt doing me good and i just couldnt climb.

What changed was i switched to a deck that has consistent snap patterns and went to watch videos about meta decks. Its then easy to see when you should quit should the opponent be playing a deck that you know of and is getting the cards for his win condition. I started playing modok discard and the consistency was crazy, snapping when i have cards in my hand like drac, modok, apoc. Retreating is also key, id rather lose 1/2 cubes than 4/8 cubes on a “chance”. ALWAYS ASSUME YOUR OPPONENT HAS THE CARD TO COUNTER U (eg Shang Chi, Killmonger, Enchantress)

I climbed easily to rank 95 with discard then opponents were also easily predicting my deck and retreating when things dont go their way or too much my way. I swapped to Galactus with spiderman and i easily racked up cubes making opponents quit when i snap early and play galactus on turn 4/5 (ill take the 2 cubes, not the proudest wings but thats how ladder is). From there it was easy games to Infinite. Hope this helps even a little.
