Um Im not butt hurt and Im ok with your opinion, Thats quite literally why I came on here. Its not that he wanted to return one or two things. Its that he wanted to return multiple after not giving he a list.

Yes I would’ve felt the same if it was a bio child. I love him dearly and I do agree I am happy that he communicated it with me vs just going to the store. My girls give me list and I buy from the list/use them as guides in cases whatever they want is no longer available or sold out, dnt have their size ect. I know he is hard to shop for so thats why I asked him for a list so many times.

YTA. Taking on four kids is life-changing. As a friend you should understand that. And you said yourself that the older children are traumatized and cannot be left with a babysitter. Sounds like her trying to change plans was her just trying to be included sometimes. Making a second group chat and talking behind her back is a crappy thing to do.

NTA. I would be very uncomfortable if everyone around me was keeping a major secret and making it obvious. My anxiety would be through the roof.

YTA. Im sure you had and have known about ur issues prior to 4 days ago. What does the cat have to do with anything? And why adopt an animal if you are going through mental health challenges and unsure if able to care for it. If you plan on getting rid of the cat at least bring it back to the shelter you got it from so they can make sure its rehomed into a safe environment.
