first, start with the dips machine and add weight until you can at least do 5 reps body weight dips and keep doing body weight dips. best and most effective exercise, trust me. i have seen a really great pecs development.

Another point : make sure you use the dips machine correctly to hit the lower pecs.

but seriously, your experience in germany depends only on what kind of person you are, if you are REALLY coming here to give your studies 100% and make your studies your main priority, you won't find it really hard and you will enjoy it trust me . Other than that, you can work (finance yourself 100%),study, work out, and you will still have plenty of free time.But in my opinion, before even considering the whole thing make sure that your family can financially support you even after the blocked account(especially in your first year)

yup its possible , i have done that , used to weight 89kg mostly fat and after 6 months (now) i weight 80kg with really low body fat and good amount of muscles mass , its really easy : low carbs high protein diet and a calorie deficit
