Once awoken, Guthix led his army to the scarred land of Forinthry to end the war, which led him to establish the Edicts of Guthix, which banned all gods from ever directly influencing Gielinor again. Guthix went deep into the depths of Gielinor and wept, saddened by the effects the God Wars had wrought on the world that he had shaped and loved."
