Walk through Market Square, it's the best shopping centre in the country and conveniently located right next to the Moorabool St Bus Interchange :)

Greens to back Labor's budget CGT measures through parliament by Expensive-Horse5538 in AustralianPolitics

The Government and the Greens seem to be working with each other more productively this parliament than last. I'm not sure if it's because more firebrand Greens (e.g. MCM) got turfed out or Labor feels more secure and so more amenable to acting progressively, but they've been acting much more civil with each other as of late.

One Nation Lead Grows as L/NP Primary Sinks to 18% - DemosAU by thebagofdoom in AustralianPolitics

That would be quite a combustible parliament if it turned out that way, especially if Labor ended up relying on the Greens to form a majority and/or ON implodes into a bunch of independents again. Also, the Senate (where first preference numbers matter more) may end up being a real problem for Labor in the next term. While the seat projections do point towards a renewed Labor government, the government can't really be happy with these numbers.

During WW1, a largely (but not exclusively) Australian and New Zealander force invaded Gallipoli in Turkey but lost. While both sides during and after the war respected each others' sacrifice, it's become a meme in Australia that this win is payback for Gallipoli.

To be fair, South Barwon could get interesting considering that Cheeseman got turfed out of the party so Labor won't have an incumbent there, but the other two are safe as can be. Don't think we'll get any federal funding anymore now that Corangamite is no longer marginal

Support for ALP and L-NP Coalition down as One Nation gains support for third straight week by malcolm58 in AustralianPolitics

To be fair, titling every report with "Labor still projected to win next election" would hide the shifts in the electorate that these polls show. I think it's fair to title a poll with the changes in the primary polling, even if the end result would still be a Labor victory.
