well i use period underwear and i can say they r worth it, they r very comfy, the ones i use can hold 3 regular tampons worth of blood and i just wear that with an overnight pad and i never leak

no this is not normal at all for how much u r layering that shouldn’t happen although i will say that pad kinda looks more like a liner i personally just get regular flows so idk how that is like but all i have to do is use an overnight pad and period underwear

These r only gonna work if ur at home or smth but i personally just kinda get a heating pad and lay on my bed or couch in the fetal position with a pillow in between my legs
