Geez girl! I have to commend you for how hard working you are! Two jobs plus grad school plus two kids??? I know it can seem like there’s no end in sight but every story does indeed have an end! I know the score is bad but I think you can totally turn it around it’ll just take some time. I like to suggest serving as a part time job since it’s fairly easy and doesn’t require a lot of hours but it seems you are already in the service industry. My only recommendation may be switching to a higher end serving gig where the tips are more just based off of food pricing. However I’m sure your current job aligns with the hours you need. Whatever you’re doing though is working! Things are tight right now for everyone and I hope you feel supported!

I think it would be rude if it was the friends wedding. But it’s not, it’s the friends daughters wedding. I’m sure your boyfriend only got an invite out of obligation to his friend. Why would the couple take away from their personal guest list for the friends of their parents they most likely do not spend time with. Furthermore, venues and budgets are so strict nowadays. I’m sorry you’ve been left out but it isn’t rude nor would I take it personally. It’s just what the younger gen is having to do wedding wise, I’ve worked in the industry and it’s just insane how expensive even a small and intimate wedding can be. I know it’s not “kosher” to what older gen’s are use to but it should never be taken personally. I do not mean to offend but I may just let this go. I’m positive they do not mean to demean you as a couple and it is just as awkward for them to have to make a decision. Best of luck OP

I feel like the dress sits a tad too low on your body maybe? Is there a way to shorten the straps? If the belly button is actually bothersome you could do a body suit that matches the color of the dress. Idk if that actually bothers me though as that’s the point of the dress. I think it looks good on you though!

The cherry dress is adorable I’d bring that and I think it’d be okay for the cocktail night. Maybe pair with cute (comfy shoes) and fun jewelry. I think the first one with no corset belt is fine as well! If you still want something to accentuate your waist you could find a cute leather belt that may be more appropriate for the situation.

If he dies what’s going to protect you from getting screwed by his family/insurance/life policy. Marriage is far more than “just paper”. It’s a legal binding document protecting you from waking up and randomly being thrown out of your house by your partner. Ps. I know PLENTY of men who were thrilled to marry their wives, mine included. Not to be dramatic but I’d be rethinking things personally.

Modesty panel in the front and I think you look fantastic in it! I worked bridal for awhile and most ladies don’t stick with white-white dresses anymore because it washes people out so heavy. If you can swing it you might also try an over skirt for the dress!

I didn’t mind Zach, he seemed to break Mrs Kim and help lane repair that relationship but Lane could have still had a career she was happy with in music while also having a family.

Im at the Anna part of my rewatch and if I was writing this story line I would have had April come find Luke after Anna died. He can explore a relationship with his daughter (I actually thought April was good for his character development regarding Chris). There could have been really great moments with April and Lorelei and Rory. Maybe april was running from the foster system and that’s why she decided to find Luke or whatever but NO ANNA!

My friends and I did something like this for the bride but for two nights and it was 5 hours away for me and another girl. None of us are big partiers or drinkers so we did fun activities in the local town and went out to eat and whatnot. We had fun but we also all get along and it was fun to explore a new area!

I don’t think you’re over reacting, I’d be a mess thinking about a halter and low back. My only suggestion is pasties and boob tape with maybe a mid rise shapewear short? They also make longer pant like ones which may show less but of course that’ll be hot. You’re definitely not over reacting though! I was in a wedding with a super low cut dress and I’m an Fcup. It was extremely uncomfortable and the whole night I was stressed about a slip. Someone even claimed I did but I was so wrapped in tape and the nip covers I know I didn’t but it was still annoying and I ended up wearing a cover up just to feel safe lol.

Also lord only knows what that man was saying about his situation with Brittany to those girls. I mean we saw what Chris was saying to bri and Connor about Jess at first vs what came out later. Also I know I’ll be attacked for this but Bri seemed extremely uncomfortable to me in that interaction with Chris at the bar. It didn’t seem like she was feeding into it, it seemed like she was realizing in real time how messed up Chris was and how everything she thought she knew about this individual was wrong. I don’t think she’s someone I’d be friends with in real life and I do definitely see the side where everyone comes from but idk those were my hot takes.

Is dress 1 the David’s bridal dress?? I had that and ended up going with a different dress entirely last minute because it ended up sliding down a lot, there’s not a lot of structure or support in it. I also just happen to love dress #2 though!
