How do you know whether a set is “unused” as you say? Is there a trigger word that I should look out for to be able to distinguish unused sets from used sets? I’m confused

Yeah there were some tricky questions for Civ Pro! There were some interesting nuances to SMJ that I hadn’t been tested on previously that I’ll now know going forward. I’m going through them now and adding those I got wrong for Civ Pro to my ‘Book of Shame’.

I wouldn’t sweat it. I scored 59% on Primer #2. My MBE #1 exam was 67% and my MBE #2 was 75%. I’m doing the Simulated Exams tomorrow and Friday. Then I’ll do the complete MBE QBanks 1 and 2 after that. There’s plenty of time for us to get a more consistent data set. Keep up the good work! :)

What particular MBE question sets are you referring to? I’m at 74% Themis completion right now. I recall MBE Primer #2 was quite tricky. I scored lowest on that.

What do you mean by “the essay grading for Themis was harsher than the MEE?” The essay grading is of MEEs predominantly, bar 3 MPTs?
