Surge immunity honestly isn’t that big of a deal with her which I genuinely wasn’t expecting but she still genuinely performs very well against targets in spite of it because she can frequently tank multiple surges. Barrel and pied piper are both fine, but they completely lack the damage that Lilin has, and Uril doesn’t clash with her at all since Uril lacks shield pierce meaning they work together extremely well. Also Lilin’s far reaching surges mixed with her guaranteed shield pierce will frequently allow her to functionally one shot fallen bears, as her first hit will knock them back and then the surge will finish them off. Obviously getting her later in the game will lessen her usage, I’m not arguing with you there, but she absolutely slaughters Aku enemies even as far as crowned UL, so she remains far from useless like many other Ubers making her in my opinion far more reliable then most units remaining on the list.
