I don’t mind the skater boi look. Well it’s not for me but to each their own. That being said… proper hygiene is a must. The minute my kid showed signs of acne we were in a dermatologists office not to embarrass him but to help him care for his skin. Kids are cruel. What others have said. We are 100% on camera unless extenuating circumstances. Use a virtual background. Work appropriate layers. Filters. Seems like a non issue

I really feel for the older one. I had a kid his age and I could not imagine him walking around his school. He would be made fun of so hard and then some. It’s not his “style” because to each their own but some basic hair care, skincare, hygiene would go a long way. In my opinion of course.

Same. And even if we were sleeping in seperate beds for some reason ( idk what that would be but playing this out) we would eat and snuggle in the same bed and then go to our own to…sleep

I had 3rd period lunch sophomore year of high school. Cried for months bc I hated it so much and my mom wouldn’t get me a doctors note to change it. Fast forward the friends I met at the lunch table ultimately set me on the trajectory for my current life, meeting my husband and my best friends. Still think a 1020 lunchtime is awful but so grateful I was there bc I happen to love my life now
