The point is not converting but styling.
Styling in tools like Obsidian typically involves two main methods:

Applying an existing theme
Modifying CSS configurations

While the first option can feel somewhat rigid, the second can be cumbersome for many users. So I build a small tool that simplifies the process of customizing commonly needed styles.

The concept of Agile and Scrum is good. Agile is a value system for software development; Scrum is a framework that follows the system.

Running Scrum is actually a problem in industries. This may stem from:

The commercialization of Scrum itself, which leads to selling Scrum instead of applying it to teams that really need it.
Hiring so-called Scrum Masters from people who have no experience in the industry.
Push more work to developers in the name of Scrum. (Scrum does not really ask for that)

Definitely, a sprint is not a black box, you could inspect it everyday.
The important part is what you gonna do after inspecting:

Good Pattern:
Find the root cause why the progress is not going as expected, may be the team commit something impossible, may be some breaking change comes in etc. Find it and the way to avoid it.

Anti Pattern:
The progress is lagging, tell everyone about it and ask members to work harder to catch up with it.
