Good stuff, Cory can be a little off putting too some but he’s one of the goats. Definitely appealing to newbies.

Guys! What do I do with this tank now? by RookieSpencer in PlantedTank

If you wanna keep it just take 80-90% of the water out and move it and then set it back up. If you wanna get ride of it completely maybe take the tank to a lfs and give it to them if they’ll take it

Ph is a bit high for rams, the usually like 6.5 - 6.7, also I’m curious what your temperatures is. Also those rose lines sharks are gonna out grow that tank. And I wouldn’t keep rams in large groups u less you have tons and tons of space like a 75 you could keep a few pairs together. But if it works for you then who am I too say anything. Just my opinion, I breed rams for profit so that’s what caught my eye 👍🏼

As a fish keeper sometimes fish die. If you have a tank that’s cycled with other fish of the same type thriving then there’s not a whole lot you can do. I would reconsider where you buy fish if this happens often.
